World Masters 2022
wat een week waar het voor mij eigenlijk dinsdag 6 december al begon want op 6 december hadden wij een competitie wedstrijd zoals jullie wel weten bet ik nu al ruim een jaar aan het modderen qua niveau de zesde leek er een einde aan te komen ok we verliezen wel de wedstrijd met 5 - 4 maar ik heb er op een of ander manier er een goed gevoel aan over gehouden ok niet in de wedstrijd maar wel tijdens het opwarmen gooi je dan 5x 180 en een paar mooie 100+ finishen.
7 December was het dan zover op naar assen beter een dag van te voren dan de volgende dag behoorlijk vroeg opstaan nope not me lol.leuk om iedereen dan weer te zien.maar zo een world masters is toch wel bijzonder te noemen eigenlijk staan er alleen maar darters op hoog niveau en als je dan een uitnodig krijg om deel te nemen was dat voor mij natuurlijk een hele eer al om daar te mogen staan.
8 decembervroeg opstaan en lekker ontbijtenzoals je al wel weet had ik op voorhand best een zware poule.MAAR het leek of mijn vorm weer terug kwam de eerste wedstrijd moest ik tegen Fox die win ik ook met 3 - 0daarna kon ik al enigzins rustig ademhalen want ik zat in een poule van 3 dus 1 winst moet genoeg zijn dus kon ik mijn volgende partij rustig gaan beginnen werd nog 1 - 1 maar daarna was ik weg en moest ook Steve north het ongelden tegen mij.nou was ik natuurlijk niet de enigstse staande pparadarter uit nederland michel van velzen en cliff ruiter deden ook mee michel en Cliff moesten als direct tegen elkaar maar aan cliff merk je alles behalve goed spel ik hoop dat cliff natuurlijk er weer boven op komt zou mooi zijn.michel van velzen heeft al zijn wedstrijden gewonnen in zijn poule en ging dus ook door.
9 December
nu ik dus door was kwamen de kriebels om door te gaan natuurlijk wel maar ik weet ook dat ik mezelf niet moet gaan pushen als zou het even niet lukken.
de eerste wedstrijd die ik speelde moest ik tegen Lars weer eentje uit Denemarken ik word al door hun the Danish Killer genoemd aangezien hij geen maat kon houden tegen het dart geweld wat ik liet zien en won met 3 - 0Bammm kwart finale en Michel zag ik ook zijn partij winnen dus ook door gaat lekker zo
MAAR dan moet je in de kwart finale tegen een fransman en die stond nog in mijn geheugen aangezien het nederlands team de halve finale verloren hadden van Frankrijkdus ik moest echt scherp blijven ik sta 3 - 1 voor met echt sterk speldan laat ik hem terug komen het spookte toch door mijn hoofd dat ik hier wat kan laten zien dat ik er tussen hoor en dat ook ik voor elke punt vecht ik laat hem terug komen tot 3 - 3 ik hoorde mensen al achter mij smoezen van nu gaat die los en ja hoor 140 100 100 en die frans man kon alleen nog maar toe kijken weer zo een geslaagde dag wat darten betreft laten we het maar niet over voetbal hebben waar Nederland verloor van Argentinië.
10 december besloot mijn vader om te komen want eerlijk is eerlijk ik had niet verwacht zover te komen toch wist ik het in de halve finale het Evi fallon lastig te makenmaar ik liet mijzelf afleiden door allerlei geluiden evi wint dan ook met 4 - 2 ik had nog terug tot 3 - 3 kunnen komen maar hij gooide net de deur dicht voor mijn neus dat zelfde gebeurde bij michel van velzen die redden het ook niet dus Michel en ik samen op een prachtige 3e plek
10 december was ook de world cup bij de dames kon het zelf ook zo zijn dat twee Nederlanders in de finale elkaar zouden treffen helaas kon Aletta niet winnen maar Aileen wel een finale plek behaald en gewonnen ook toch ook weer knap
11 december
9 jaar getrouwd alweer maar ja dan is mijn vrouwtje ziek dus besloten om eerder weg te gaan dan dat we eigenlijk wouden
zijn nu thuis naar wel een fantastisch weekend
ik wil mijn vader mijn vrouw The Crazy Darts Team G-Force bedanken voor de steun en het vertrouwen

what a week where it actually started for me on Tuesday December 6 because on December 6 we had a competition match as you know I've been muddling for over a year now in terms of level the sixth seemed to come to an end ok we lose well the game with 5 - 4 but somehow I got a good feeling about it ok not in the game but during the warm up you throw 5x 180 and some nice 100+ finishes.
December 7th it was time to go to ash better a day in advance than the next day to get up pretty early nope not me lol.
nice to see everyone again.
but such a world masters can be called special, actually there are only darts players at a high level and if you get an invitation to participate, it was of course an honor for me to be there.
December 8
get up early and have a nice breakfast
As you know, I had quite a heavy group beforehand.
BUT it seemed like my form was coming back the first game I had against Fox I also win 3-0
after that I could breathe a little easier because I was in a group of 3 so 1 win should be enough so I could start my next game calmly and it became 1 - 1 but then I was gone and Steve north also had to beat me.
well of course i wasn't the only standing pparadarter from the netherlands michel van velzen and cliff rider also participated michel and cliff had to compete against each other as directly but cliff shows anything but good game i hope cliff will of course come back on top would be nice .
michel van velzen has won all his matches in his group and therefore continued.
December 9
now that I was through, the jitters to continue came, of course, but I also know that I shouldn't push myself if it didn't work out for a while.
the first game I played I had to play another one against Lars from Denmark I am already called the Danish Killer by them as he couldn't keep up with the dart violence I showed and won 3 - 0
Bammm quarter finals and I also saw Michel win his match so it goes on like this
BUT then you have to play against a Frenchman in the quarterfinals
and it was still in my memory as the Dutch team had lost the semi-final against France
so I really had to stay sharp I'm up 3 - 1 with really strong play
then I let him come back it haunted my mind that I can show something here that I belong and that I also fight for every point I let him come back to 3 - 3 I heard people whispering behind me from now it goes loose and yes 140 100 100 and that French man could only watch another successful day in terms of darts let's not talk about football where the Netherlands lost to Argentina.
December 10, my father decided to come
because honestly I didn't expect to get this far
yet I managed to make it difficult for Evi fallon in the semi-finals
but I allowed myself to be distracted by all sorts of noises
evi also wins with 4 - 2 I could have come back to 3 - 3 but he just closed the door in front of me the same thing happened to michel van velzen they didn't make it either so Michel and I together in a beautiful 3rd place
December 10 was also the world cup for the ladies, could it be that two Dutchmen would meet in the final, unfortunately Aletta could not win, but Aileen did reach the final and won, but also beautiful
December 11
Married 9 years already
but then my wife is sick
so decided to leave earlier than we actually wanted
are now home to a fantastic weekend

DUTCH OPEN DARTS PARADARTS KOPPEL 10 JUNI 2022
wat een weekend was dat weer.
in de eerste ronde troffen Cliff en ik Bas en Brian
Cliff die in mijn ogen niet lekker stond te gooien
kampte met darterites dus dan sta je er grotendeels alleen voor op zo een grote toernooi
gelukkig wist Cliff dan wel in deze partij de dubbel te vinden en zo wonnen wij met 3 - 0
de halve finale Ja hoor daar heb je hem weer Michelovic van Velzen die samen koppelde met Jacky Goethals.
met het oog dat Cliff niet lekker stond te gooien de tegenstanders ook lichterlijk Favoriet waren om de dutch open op hun naam te zetten.
begon ik zelf ook met zenuwen aan het bord.
we verloren dan ook de eerste leg dus 1 - 0 achter
daarna kreeg ik Vleugels Allen wat Cliff gooide was mooi mee genomen maar uit eindelijk moest ik het werk af gaan maken.
we wonnen dan ook met 3 - 1
dan de Finale tegen Willem en Jesper uit Denemarken
het werd al vrij snel duidelijk dat ik deze snel wou af maken binnen no time stonden we dan ook met 3 - 0 voor
toen zwakte ik even in en Cliff die eigenlijk al de hele tijd met zichzelf aan het vechten was word het natuurlijk lastig
Jesper maakte er dan ook 3 - 1 van er moest iets gebeuren om of Cliff wakker te maken of ik zelf moest me snel weer op peppen
en dat lukte we wonnen met 4 - 1
en mogen ons als Aller eerste Dutch Open Paradarts Koppel Kampioenen noemen.
what a weekend that was again. in the first round Cliff and I met Bas and Brian Cliff who in my eyes was not throwing well was struggling with darts so then you are largely alone at such a big tournament luckily Cliff managed to find the double in this match and so we won 3-0 the semi-final Yes, there it is again Michelovic van Velzen who paired up with Jacky Goethals. in view of the fact that Cliff was not good at throwing, the opponents were also slightly Favorite to put the dutch open in their name. I also started with nerves at the board. we lost the first leg so 1 - 0 behind after that I got Wings Allen what Cliff threw was nice but in the end I had to finish the work. we won 3 - 1 then the Final against Willem and Jesper from Denmark it soon became clear that I wanted to finish this quickly in no time, so we were leading 3-0 then I fainted for a while and Cliff who was actually fighting with himself the whole time it gets difficult Jesper made it 3 - 1 something had to be done to either wake Cliff or I had to pick myself up quickly and we managed to win with 4 - 1 and may call us the very first Dutch Open Paradarts Couple Champions.

zo na even een paar dagen alles tot me door gewerkt te hebben dan toch even een een samenvatting van het afgelopen weekend
op het WK Para Darts
donderdag nam ik afscheid van mijn vrouwtje rond een uur of 1 pakte ik de trein richting Antwerpen Belgische vrienden pikte me daar op om even daar bij te komen om vervolgens de volgende dag naar het hotel te gaan
vele bekende gezichten gezien en het was goed om iedereen weer te zien. na een drankje zijn we als team wezen gaan eten en ben ik ondertussen beetje wezen kijken naar de koppel toernooi wat er gespeeld werd ik deed opdat moment niet mee aan het koppel toernooi omdat ik de krachten voor de volgende dag wou bewaren ben tot aan de halve finale gebleven daarna toch echt naar mijn hotel kamer om even te slapen .
smorgens rond 6 uur wakker gebeld ja je hoort het goed deze jongen moest vroeg op haha en ja ik en vroeg opstaan gaat nog niet echt samen zo raakte ik al snel mijn kamer pasje kwijt gelukkig kan ik zo een nieuwe aan vragen maar toch . na het ontbijt hadden wij met het Nederlands team een bespreken hoe of wat we gaan doen toen merkte ik al dat de zenuwen bij mij al begonnen te werken het kwam steeds dichterbij. en we hadden natuurlijk ook geen makkelijke poule met celtic nations en Denemarken erin de eerste wedstrijd ging voor mij dan ook niet echt soepel zenuwen kon niks raken wat ik wou tot er een moment kwam dat ik mijn eerste partij won voor het team toen begon bij mij alles weer te lopen zo wonnen we van Denemarken met 9 - 4
ok de eerste stap is gezet maar dan de nummer 2 van het afgelopen wk dus zwaar de zenuwen kwamen weer op ik verloor er zelf 2 op rij en kwam als derde partij ricky chilton tegen ja dan moet die zenuwen toch echt wat minder ik won uit eindelijk die partij en de zenuwen leken nu wel weg te gaan de 9e punt pakte ik dan ook tegen mick jones en zo wonnen wij deze dan ook met 9 - 5 dit kon voor ons al niet meer stuk ook Team B van België wist geen maat tegen ons daar walsde wij zo overheen ok ok ik moest net dat ene punt weg geven waardoor wij 9 - 1 wonnen
ja dan zit je dan in de kwart finale en op een of ander manier was die spanning bij mij weg we speelde tegen de huidige nummer 1 England A mijn eerste partij verlies ik dan nog wel tegen Kevin Stringer maar daarna was het afvuren de ene naar de ander trippel viel erin en zo wonnen wij ook van England met 9 - 4
maar dan halve finale misschien zaten we al met een finale plek al in ons hoofd of de fitheid was op geen idee maar we verloren van Frankrijk met 9 - 5 uit eindelijk zijn we als leeuwen ten onder gegaan maar wel keihard lopen vechten voor elke punt we zijn blij met onze 3e plaats trots op 3e van de wereld te zijn de volgende dag bij het single wk zeg maar had ik het zeker niet getroffen in mijn poule verloor beide partijen maar michelovic van Velzen pakt nog een mooie 3e plaats en chanine vriezen werd 2e bij de rolstoel damens cliff Ruiter werd 5e al met al prima resultaten behaald met zen alle op naar volgend jaar.
so after a few days of working through everything to me, a summary of the past weekend at the World Para Darts Championship Thursday I said goodbye to my wife around 1 am I took the train to Antwerp Belgian friends picked me up there to relax and then go to the hotel the next day saw many familiar faces and it was good to see everyone again. after a drink we went to eat as a team and in the meantime I went to look at the couples tournament what was being played I did not participate in the couples tournament at that time because I wanted to save the strength for the next day until the half stayed in the final and then really went to my hotel room to sleep for a while. called awake around 6 in the morning yes you heard it right this boy had to get up early haha and yes me and getting up early don't really go together so I quickly lost my room card luckily I can request a new one but still. after breakfast we had a discussion with the Dutch team about how or what we are going to do then I noticed that the nerves were already starting to work with me it was getting closer and closer. and of course we didn't have an easy group with celtic nations and denmark in it the first match was not really smooth for me nerves couldn't hit anything i wanted until a moment came when i won my first match for the team then started with me everything to run again, this is how we beat Denmark with 9 - 4 ok the first step has been taken but then the number 2 of the last world cup so heavy the nerves came back i lost 2 in a row myself and came across ricky chilton as the third party yes then those nerves should really be a bit less i finally won that match and the nerves seemed to go away now the 9th point I took against mick jones and so we won this with 9 - 5 this was not bad for us also Team B of Belgium knew no size against us we waltzed over that ok ok I just had to give away that one point that made us win 9 - 1 yes then you are in the quarter finals and somehow that tension was gone we played against the current number 1 England A my first match I still lose against Kevin Stringer but after that the firing was one to the other another triple fell in and we also won against England with 9 - 4 but then semi-final maybe we were already with a final spot in our heads or the fitness was at a loss but we lost to France 9 - 5 in the end we went down like lions but we keep fighting hard for every point we are happy with our 3rd place proud to be 3rd in the world the next day at the singles World Cup but I certainly wouldn't have made it in my group lost both matches but michelovic van Velzen still takes a nice 3rd place and chanine vries became 2nd in the wheelchair ladies cliff Ruiter 5th was achieved all in all excellent results with zen all on to next year.
G Darts Leudal 17 Oktober 2021
Eindelijk is het dan zover na anderhalf jaar wachten en alleen maar thuis hebben gezeten was er in Leudal weer het G Darts Toernooi
afgelopen zondag een leuk toernooi gehad in 2019 voor het eerst mee gedaan toen won ik beide toernooien dit keer was het een toernooi waar ik 2e werd en in het andere toernooi de tweede ronde er al uit nou zouden jullie denke hoe kan dat nou heel simpel gewoon me dubbels niet pakken en natuurlijk heeft corona er ook wel een beetje mee te maken gehad thuis gooien is toch echt heel wat anders dan weer in een volle zaal te gaan staan ondanks dat heb ik erg veel genoten
en ik kan jullie alvast een ding verklappen ik ben ambassadeur geworden van het G Darts Leudal hier over ga ik binnenkort meer over vertellen natuurlijk.
en volgend jaar ben ik er dan ook zeker weer bij en ik hoop natuurlijk jullie ook allemaal

Finally it's time after a year and a half of waiting and just sitting at home, the G Darts Tournament was back in Leudal had a nice tournament last Sunday in 2019 participated for the first time when I won both tournaments this time it was a tournament where I came 2nd and in the other tournament the second round was already out well you would think how is that very simple just don't grab me doubles and of course corona also had a bit to do with it throwing at home is really something different than standing in a full room again despite that I enjoyed a lot and I can already tell you one thing I have become ambassador of the G Darts Leudal I will tell you more about this soon of course.
